Lister Buildings appoints Koen Broeders as new CFO

On December 1, Koen Broeders will start as new CFO of Lister Buildings. Koen will be responsible for the further professionalization of finance and controlling within Lister. With the appointment of Koen Broeders, Lister Buildings solidifies its ambition to change the construction industry by designing, developing and building circular, healthy and smart residential buildings.

About Koen

Koen Broeders studied business economics at Tilburg University. He then completed his obtained his diploma as a certified register controller. In recent years, he was CFO of WEMO, a company that designs, builds, sells and maintains the production lines for the metals sector. He previously worked as a business and group controller at various Vanderlande entities in the Netherlands and Germany.
